What do you need to get accepted into Ohio State? GPA, Extracurriculars, Act, and SAT?
I have just been accepted into ohio state so ill tell you a littl eabout myself so maybe that will help. My GPA is around a 3.4, and i volunteer at an organization called AIMED for the Handicapped. I also volunteer at my old elementary school introduce the children to spanish. I’m spanish club president as well as a member of many other clubs including liturgy committee, intramurals, and student council. My ACT was a 25 One other thing, OSU is very competive now and so with advice from my guidance counselor I decided to apply as an undecided major, with emphasis on the medical field, i plan to declare a pre-med major sometime. It’s not as competive to get into the “exploration” program as it is with a regular major. One other factor in their admissions is diversity. Being African American that may or may not have played a role in my admission decision, but I’m sure it was a factor. And i also applied way back in October, before the rush of applicants which may have helped me. Last year many last minute applicants were rejected because of the limited space. But if you’re an outstanding student that still should not be a problem! Good luck and maybe I’ll see you there!
