One thing that makes the Castle of different ages of casual games is that their content will be updated very regularly. You are able to fight new monsters, new bosses face and find new treasures almost every week! The amount of constant upgrades and improvements that give developers the game is what really shines.
There is also an element of collectability and surprise in this game. Killing monsters gives you the opportunity to acquire the coveted pros. These pros can use to purchase limited edition heroes and teams that are available only for short periods of time.
